Returns

Ā You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Ā To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-opened and in its original packaging.

Ā You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase at the time of the return.

Ā We will not be able to accept returns on special order items.

Ā Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.

You can make returns right to our to store.

Ā In-store returns can be made at 303 Brennan Concourse Bayville NJ, 08721. You must have proof of purchase and RMA number prior to visiting store.

Ā Refunds

Ā Once your item is received at the store will notify you of its arrival. It will inspected to make sure it meets all return/refund requirements. Shortly after we will be able to notify you on the status of your refund.

Ā If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Ā The time frame of when you receive your refund back to your card is contingent on the individual banking/credit institutions and not at the discretion of CDN Marine.

Ā Shipping

Ā You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Ā If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
